We’ve created two new methods of signing documents in the system. You can record the customer’s signature when present in store or send out a link for them to login securely and sign online via their phone, tablet or computer. This has become more essential for ordering custom / special items, where you require proof of customer agreement.
Our online signature portal is unique to your business. Where were can customise the colours and show your logo, and can include links to your terms and conditions.
A link to the portal can be emailed from the system with a confirmation order document for the customer to agree to. Once signed, the signature will print on the document.
Recent changes in legislation for customer cooling off periods when ordering goods, means that it’s critical to get a signed confirmation, proving that the customer agrees to your terms.
